Mathieu brings over two decades of executive leadership experience across the marketing, content production, and technology industries, having previously served as CEO of CoCreativ - leading acclaimed brands like Industrial Color, Globaledit, and Smashbox Studios. He holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from the Grenoble Institute of Technology and an MBA in International Finance from ESSEC Business School, and has a proven track record of driving growth for world-class clients including L'Oreal, Estée Lauder, Ralph Lauren, and Tiffany & Co.

Mathieu's deep expertise in multilingual content, digital marketing strategy, and scaling technology-driven organizations makes him a natural fit to lead MarketFully into our next chapter of growth. He is passionate about building strong teams and delivering measurable outcomes for customers - values that align perfectly with what we do at MarketFully.

Jason Kopeloff

Jason has held key financial leadership positions at innovative companies such as Hudson MX, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and VP, Head of Strategic Technology Advisory, and Assembly U.S., where he was Chief Financial Officer.

Jason’s career is marked by his success in driving substantial organizational growth, implementing critical financial systems, providing strategic financial guidance to executive teams, and leading key financial operations, including capital raises and contributions to corporate reorganizations and acquisitions.

Rob Lyons

Chief Product and Technology Officer

Rob Lyons has 17 years of experience in the software industry. As a developer, manager, and executive tech leader, he has spent the bulk of his career in and around marketing technology, dealing with everything from custom development shops to traditional ad agencies.

Rob comes to MotionPoint after serving as CTO for White Glove, a Private Equity owned FinTech marketing services company. There, he put to use his expertise in troubleshooting, project management, DevOps, and software architecture.

Rob studied computer science at Michigan State University (go Spartans!) where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree.

At MotionPoint, she brings a customer-first, consultative approach, helping clients achieve their goals by unlocking new market opportunities through innovative multilingual solutions. Her passion lies in delivering value, building lasting partnerships, and ensuring every customer's success.

Lesley Brownlie

SVP, Operations and Delivery

Lesley Brownlie is a global expansion and operations leader with deep expertise in international growth, technology-driven localization, and scaling businesses worldwide. She has successfully launched brands, products, and services across diverse markets, ensuring regulatory compliance, cultural adaptability, and seamless market entry. With a strong background in managing global operations and optimizing business processes, she drives growth, scalability, and exceptional customer experiences. Lesley thrives in complex, fast-paced environments that demand strategic vision and execution excellence, leveraging technology-enabled expansion and operational efficiency to fuel long-term success on a global scale.

Lesley holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School and a Master’s in Psychology from Western University in Canada.
